    My cat had her last remaining teeth removed a few years ago. Until then she regularly had infected gums and needed medication.
    After that she rapidly improved and is now spending her medication and tooth free retirement days with my nieces who adore her.

      Omg she’s so precious!! My boy has been enjoying his toothless years living with my parents where he aggressively gums rats before releasing them for my mother’s amusement. I’m not sure which kitty has the better life, tbh. Though if I had to choose, “old cat in house full of by small, beloving children” does seem pretty much like the ideal life regardless of species.

        She’s an inside cat by choice and now got her own cat friendly door to the balcony so she can bask in the sun if she wants to without being bothered by other beings from outside her realm :D

        It’s also hard to take pictures of the kids without her being somewhere in the background. All other cats I know would hate being surrounded by toddlers all the time, but she enjoys the attention more than anything.
