For me, that vitamin is amphetamines. The imposter syndrome never goes away - I still feel like I’ve faked my way into the hilariously awesome management position I finally have after 15 years in the same industry - but most of my coworkers truly wouldn’t know I’m ADHD unless I told them.

I just have to avoid Japan, I guess.

I’m very honest with my coworkers about ADHD because it means that I’m not working at night because I can’t.

But also I was missing SSRIs too. Both together make me feel like I can do anything! Even though I still am a lazy piece of shit.

The vitamin A, best of all vitamins! Turns out I had that deficiency too and now that I’ve been taking supplements for 1,5 years I feel like a different person!

I constantly alternate between this and “it’s incredibly obvious to everyone that I have ADHD.” Usually remembering that other people can’t see inside my head pushes me back into the “nobody would realize that I have ADHD unless I told them.”
