I constantly alternate between this and “it’s incredibly obvious to everyone that I have ADHD.” Usually remembering that other people can’t see inside my head pushes me back into the “nobody would realize that I have ADHD unless I told them.”

I’m very honest with my coworkers about ADHD because it means that I’m not working at night because I can’t.
But also I was missing SSRIs too. Both together make me feel like I can do anything! Even though I still am a lazy piece of shit.

The approval process is supposedly a pain, but Japan allows Vyvanse now.
Maybe now there will be fewer hikikomoris, and their birth rate will go up
