I can literally feel that I can’t do anything right now. I’m broken, just trying to get one day of doing something productive. I have constructive plans too, I just can’t get a turn with them.

Well I am definitely not a doctor, but what you are describing sounds like it could be depression and/or ADHD. I can say from personal experience that medication can help.

Either way, another treatment is reframing your worldview. It is very true that the times are very dark. Evil people have gotten away with very much for very long. However, there are many signs that the empire is now waging its very last wars. I believe The day when it can no longer threaten civilians and independent nations around the world is only a few years away. If that’s right, we must go through a brutal and intense period of imperial collapse first

Well look, if people 20 years ago, people 5 years ago, Claude, DeepSeek, and now you, all tell me it’s ADHD, all I can say is I’m fucked atm, because I got into debt getting my brother diagnosed with Asperger.

EDIT: Still, I have one plan, there’s no confusion about what I have to do, I just literally can’t because my memory is Gorked, and there’s new problems every day from all the unresolved issues (obviously, I’m holding up my entire family right now).

It is ROUGH out there. My best advice is to NOT go to a regular doctor (GP/PCP) to try and get psychiatric medications. They CAN technically prescribe them but they don’t want to and they’ll kick and scream the whole way. If you are in the US, find a place with “behavioral health” in the name and go there. If you have insurance use their search, otherwise try heathgrades/zocdoc. It can take multiple tries to find a medication that works for you
