Yes* but voyager has other issues that haven’t been addressed (especially with piefed), and they have bad updates like hijacking the share button to their own instance instead of the one you are on, or the original post’s instance.

Voyager you can assign a tag and a colour to said tag on a per user basis.
But I love boost other than this :( Does voyager work with Piefed like boost?
