Lemmy is like an unintuitive, user-unfriendly reddit. And everyone likes it that way. I’m not leaving bc i want to support open-source shit, but I’m hoping it gets more user friendly someday.
Awesome, some less trolls should be here, if it’s unfriendly!
Jokes aside, I don’t mind learning a new UI, especially when the platform feels so fresh
What specifically is not user friendly? Not trying to antagonize, but specifics are good.
I genuinely don’t know where to start bc i put it in the back of my mind over a year ago when i joined; i don’t remember all the lingo. I never got around to researching answers then and at this point, I don’t use it enough to justify time spent.
Like if I have to research how to use it, it’s not user friendly imo
You seem to be doing fine ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
That’s very kind of you to say, it’s bc I’m exceptional lol no, basic functions like this are okay, but I think to use Lemmy as intended is tougher.
the interface. of which there are many, and many are quite poorly designed.
