        That’s true but it takes too much time so I just eat raw tofu.

        Yes! My favorite for now is tofu baked with linseed oil and seasoned with chili salt

          Linseed oil? I’ve never heard of that being used in cooking. What does it add to the dish?

            For cooking it’s called flaxseed oil, i guess, my bad. As i just read again it’s important to use it cold, so to add it to the tofu AFTER baking. It’s healthy for it’s omega 3, which goes lost when heated as well as the taste.

              Gotcha. Never really thought about flaxseed oil for flavor like olive or sesame, I’ll have to pay more attention next time I use it.
