He’s all but come out and announced that his administration supports Russia over Ukraine, but they’re working against a lot of inertia both internationally but more importantly domestically. They have to nominally play along for now, as they bide more time to frogboil us and use conservative media to manufacture consent to go all the way.
By 2030 I think they anticipate that Ukraine won’t exist to collect.
