Im learning to make edm visuals on tiktok using primarily Blender. r.EndTimes on ig/rednote, etc.

Dloading many ps2 games and some nfs games, legion go s handheld has me playing more games than I have in ages. I always feel bad playing controller based games on my pc for whatever reason compared to my ps5 even tho it runs better. This has me trying more stuff since it isnt taking over my pc’s resources and screen.

Been playing flatout ultimate carnage, made me want to try older racing games since I barely played any post ps2 growing up (my older cousin had one and some racing games like podracing, idr the rest) I just hated that you couldn’t exit the car, for some reason it’s just way more immersive to me, so I avoided any game with vehicles where you couldn’t exit them. Eventually got in to flight sims which made me wanna try driving games again, since you can’t exit the plane and it’s still fun. Tho I do wish they added that too.

Kvm/libvirt windows vm maybe? It opens windows apps as linux apps, issue comes with using gpu but toonboom seems cpu and ram intensive?
You would just set it up normally in the vm then open the app through your start menu as you would normally.

Blender and davinci? Prob doesn’t compare, but they run natively ar least.

They don’t actually break for the most part, the extension usually needs to be updated to say gnome 49 instead of 48, or you select ignore version on the extension site
They haven’t caused major changes that actually make them break in a while.
In case they do make major changes, it makes sense to not ignore version on default especially since that also effects older addons.
Also say an addon still works but gets abandoned, if they can’t bother to update just the version, it’s for the best that someone else comes along and takes over seeign that no one is working on that extension anymore, if it just kept working without someone bothering to even update the version? eventually when Gnome did get a major change, it would have no one working on it. So I think it kinda helps keeps extensions developed even if they technically work with a version change.

Why no flight sim or driving sim where in game you are controlling a full sized drone from far away, that would add so much immersion for me, just knowing logically I shouldnt feel g forces but should have full range of control

Just bought handheld, debating buying moza r5 (direct drive wheel, but budget end) now, or saving for a new pc so I can get back into blender (geonodes had so much lag for stuff ppl on youtube could easily handle, my gaming laptop just never gave me issues outside of msfs and dcs vr, but then I decided to learn blender and now it feels weak)
I’ve always wanted a wheel, but then I go drive my car every day and lose the urge to buy one because of the lack of gforces, but then I remember arcades and how much I love the racing games with wheels with no gforces.

Im not insulting gay ppl im insulting them by insinuating they are something they hate/fear.

If I dont like someone, im targetting them based off what will piss them off specifically, if they really dislike a certain thing, I call them the slur version of that

I might get hate, but nothing homophobes hate more than being called a bundle of sticks, it sets them off

Bazaar has the best search by far, try them all, youll actually find stuff using bazaar, like fps will actually show all the fps, the rest wont, tried them all trying to find the best appstore
The first thing I noticed was how bad the search was on kde and gnome for the software stores. (Tried cosmic, appcenter, etc. also)

I think cinnamons a better de to demo linux than gnome. I do use it now but itd turn ppl away (like me initially). Kde these days is def a better choice, but it was kinda easy to delete all your panels and end up with nothing last time I used it. Should really prevent you from deleting your last one.

A lot of things are built into it to be easily installable with less user effort. Has nice defaults. I use cachyos on my pc but on my handheld a lot of stuff wasn’t working by default, like the handhelds buttons/joystick. On bazzite everything works by default. (Think it’s one terminal command to install what is needed for controls in cachyos, but it didn’t work by default) You can still download whatever using rpm ostree, as a user idr know the difference. Grabbed gparted that way. Bazzite has the ujust command which gives you a lot of options for modifying and installing stuff easily like waydroid, emudeck, plugins, etc.
Also prefer gnome with extensions on touchscreens and handhelds, while everything else comes with kde and it’s apps by default. Kde isn’t bad at all and only 1 extension on pc (window thumbnails to pip any window) has me staying on gnome, but gnome works so much better for touchscreens and smaller devices.

Youll be better off going to the gym for yourself and not revenge or whatever

Gta online was peak, we played for like 4 years straight, you make your own fun, it’s a sandbox, if you dont find a sandbox with vehicles, weapons, planes, and murder fun, we wouldn’t be friends, it was emergent gameplay up the ass, ider the games wed make up there were so many, wed all play with aim assist off and get ppl playing with us to do it, made it more fun on console
Balancing kinda killed it for us over time
no its like when a business uses we but it’s all just one person, like webdevs, I know theres a email hoster that uses we all over his site except one section where he specifies it’s the royal we and just him
Alts used to be encouraged, why I even made them, plus my username was my fullrealname lol, wanted to stop using that. Its wild how they could instantly detect my comment and permaban all accounts within a second, which means they could’ve just prevented me from seeing the sub I was bannee from or commenting in the first place, instead they use it to perma ban. It’s like a trap that only works if mods arent banhappy, ppl also have to remember what subs banned them and notice they were banned. Also assumes ppl arent using alts and the only reason they use them is to avoid subreddit bans.
I wouldve been okay with that permabanning me over commenting on a sub I didnt know I was banned from a year ago on an alt tbh
Ppl that pirate are prob more vocal with their opinion online
