Das was ich zu der Zeit gegessen habe war mehr so was wie ein warmer salat. Ein Haufen Sojagranulat für Proteine und sehr wenig lust Gemüse kleiner zu schneiden als nötig XD

Es geht hauptsächlich darum, dass ich kein auto habe und die zu Fuß im Rucksack/Beutel transportieren muss.

Ich hab sie immer 2 mal durchgebrochen. Man kann die einfacher essen, ohne aus versehen eine Peitsche zu bauen, die Soße auf meinem Monitor verteilt. Andere Nudelformen lassen sich nicht so dicht lagern, wie spaghetti, also kaufe ich die nicht.

A big part is getting used to it. At the beginning I felt like throwing up after 2-3 sets of squats and fell asleep when coming home. Now I feel “fine” after 5 sets and don’t fall asleep at home.

Food can also play a role. Some people like training on empty stomachs and eating after, I like eating before.
