Explanation: The Falklands War was started by an attempt of Argentina to take the Falkland Islands, located near the Argentinian coast, from the UK. Despite the islands being economically and militarily unimportant, being made of 99% rocks and sheep, the UK was not about to take the seizure laying down, and responded with force, resulting in a clear British victory.
Even better, the British had been trying to cede the islands to Argentina (over the strenuous objections of the locals) for some time, and the Argentinian military dictatorship decided to take them by force to distract the populace from internal troubles.
Also the UK dick tater burned billions of pounds defending it in order to distract the population from internal troubles!
The sheep are why Welsh intelligence infiltrated MI8 and caused this whole thing.
